Refer to the pricing section of this launch package for the line-item pricing. Prices listed do not include any distributor markup or applicable freight charges. For applicable freight charges, see Shipping Terms below. Prices are firm for the term of the agreement.

1.  Member should visit with their Authorized Distribution Representative or call HMS
  Customer Service and cross-reference existing supplier over to HMS.

2.   If your organization plans to order the HMS products in this agreement for the first time, please allow approximately 45 days for your Authorized Distributor to bring into stock and deliver to you.
